One instructor. One client. One program built around you.
Moka Fitness is a single-user gym — no shared floor, no waiting for equipment. Every hour is yours, coached by a qualified, TPI-certified instructor, on a program written for your goals and your sport.
Training built to a purpose, not a routine.
Strength & Conditioning
Structured, periodized programming to build strength, power and work capacity — progressed session to session, not left to chance.
Weight Loss
Resistance training and conditioning paired with realistic accountability — built for fat loss that holds once the program ends.
Sport-Specific Training
Golf, tennis and pickleball programming addressing the rotational power, mobility and stability each sport actually demands.
Golf Performance TPI Certified
- Rotational power through the hips and thoracic spine
- Swing-plane mobility & shoulder range
- Swing-speed training for more clubhead speed and distance
- Single-leg stability for a stable base through impact
- Grip and forearm strength endurance
Tennis Performance
- Lateral speed and first-step acceleration
- Shoulder & core stability for serve and overhead load
- Reactive power for split-step and change of direction
- Injury-resilience work for the shoulder and elbow
Pickleball Performance
- Dinking control, touch and soft-hands at the kitchen line
- Lateral quickness and reaction time
- Shoulder & elbow durability for paddle-sport loading
- Doubles-court movement and positioning efficiency
The same one-to-one model, adjusted for where you are.
Youth Athletic Development
Movement skill, coordination and injury-resilient strength — a foundation built before sport-specific load is added.
Adult Strength & Performance
Strength & conditioning, weight loss and sport-specific programming, built around work and family schedules.
Senior & Masters Training
Joint-friendly strength, balance and mobility work — with the pool available for a lower-impact path to the same goals.
Rehab-based resistance training, in the water.
Buoyancy takes the load off an injured or recovering joint while water resistance still loads the muscle — through the full range of motion, in every direction. It's a gentler way back to strength after an injury, a surgery, or a flare-up that won't tolerate the gym floor yet.
- 01 Buoyancy-assisted loading takes weight off compromised joints
- 02 Water resistance trains muscle through 360° of the movement
- 03 Low-impact by nature — train around an injury, not through it
- 04 Depth and resistance progressed as you rebuild capacity
A private facility. A qualified instructor. A program, not a workout.
Assess
We start with your goals, your sport, your history — strength, mobility and movement quality all checked before a single set is programmed.
Program
A phased program is written around what the assessment found, not pulled from a generic template.
Train
